This agreement is between you and Freaquer Corporation Private Limited for the TotalHeal software, including the desktop apps, browser extension, definitions and updates (the “Software”). By installing or using the Software you accept it.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on the number of devices your plan or trial allows, for your own or your household’s use. Business use requires a business plan when one is available.
2. Automatic updates
The Software updates its definitions and program files automatically so it can keep protecting you. Updates are signed and verified before they install. Turning updates off reduces protection.
3. What the Software does on your device
To protect you, the Software inspects files, processes, downloads and website addresses; may block, quarantine or delete items it identifies as harmful; and, on paid plans, may send suspicious files for cloud analysis as described in the privacy policy. You can review and restore quarantined items.
4. Restrictions
You may not copy (except for backup), modify, sell, rent, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Software except where the law allows despite this restriction, or remove notices. You may not use the Software to develop malware or to test evasion for malicious purposes.
5. Open-source components
The Software includes open-source components under their own licences (such as MIT, Apache-2.0, BSD and MPL). Their notices are available in the app under Settings › About.
6. Warranty
The Software is provided with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, it is provided “as is”: no security product detects every threat, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
8. Termination
This licence ends if you breach it or stop using the Software. When your trial or plan ends, protection pauses until you subscribe or activate a product key; you keep access to your quarantined files, history and settings.
