These terms govern your use of the TotalHeal website, account, subscriptions and related services provided by Freaquer Corporation Private Limited (“we”). The TotalHeal software itself is also governed by the End-User Licence Agreement. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You sign in with a TotalHeal ID. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy a plan; children may be added to a family only by a parent or guardian.
2. Plans, trial and prices
- Each new install receives a 30-day full trial automatically, without payment details. One trial per device and per account. When it ends, protection pauses until you subscribe or activate a product key; you can still open the app and restore or delete your quarantined files.
- Plans (Personal, Family, Ultimate, Founder) are sold for a fixed term — one year, or three years where offered. Prices are in Indian rupees; 18% GST is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
- Renewal price. Renewal costs the same as the plan’s current published price, and Founder customers keep the founder price for as long as they renew without a gap. We do not automatically charge you; we remind you before your plan ends.
- The Founder offer is limited to the first 1,00,000 customers, as shown by the live counter.
3. Product keys
A product key can be activated once, on one account. Keys bought from unauthorised sellers may be revoked. To protect customers we limit repeated failed activation attempts.
4. Devices
Each plan covers a number of devices. You can remove a device from your account to free its seat. Family plans may be shared only with members of your household.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Services: no reverse engineering except as allowed by law, no interfering with our systems, no reselling access, and no using TotalHeal to harm others.
6. Features in development
Features marked “coming soon” are not part of your plan until we release them. When they are released they become available on the plans described on our pricing page at no extra cost during your current term.
7. No guarantee of complete protection
TotalHeal significantly reduces risk but no security product can detect every threat. Keep backups of important files and follow the safety advice in the app.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Refunds and cancellation

10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, after notice where reasonable.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered office have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
