What is the difference between Family and Ultimate?
Today Ultimate is Family with 5 more devices. Ultimate also receives the password manager, cloud backup, EDR-lite, VPN and dark-web monitoring the day each one ships, at the same price.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every new device gets a 30-day full trial — no card and no sign-in needed to start. After 30 days protection pauses until you subscribe or activate a product key; quarantined files always stay accessible.
Do children need their own account?
No. Add a child profile from the family dashboard and assign the child’s computer to it. Children need no login; parents receive child-safety alerts.
Can I see what my partner or adult children browse?
No. TotalHeal collects no browsing history. Adults see only each other’s protection status, and everyone can see exactly what others can see about them.
Which devices are supported?
Windows 10 and 11, macOS (Apple silicon and Intel) and Linux computers, plus the browser extension for Chrome, Edge and Brave. The phone app is built and coming to the stores.
I bought Family before 27 October 2026. Do I lose devices?
No. Your plan keeps the number of devices you bought, including when you renew the same plan.
What about parental controls?
