Create your family
- Sign in and open Family (or Family Safety in the app).
- Give your family a name.
- Invite adults or another parent by email — they get a code like
FAM-XXXX-XXXXto join. Add children as child profiles; they don’t need their own login.
Add a device
Install TotalHeal on the computer, sign in with the family member’s TotalHeal ID (or yours, for a child), and assign it to that person.
Who sees what
- Adults see only each other’s protection status — protected or needs attention, plan and device health. Never browsing, files, locations or threat details unless that adult chooses to share.
- Parents see safety information for children’s devices.
- Everyone can see exactly what others can see about them.
Parental controls, screen time and location are arriving later; we’ll never show them before they work.
