A connections manager for the TotalHeal cloud, your on-premises or air-gapped gateways, and MSSP customers.
Pinned connections
The gateway certificate is pinned after you confirm it, or trusted through your private CA. Console windows talk only to a bridge that pins TLS and applies each connection’s egress allow-list.
Sign-in through your browser
PKCE sign-in in the system browser; refresh tokens are kept only in the operating system keychain.
Air-gapped means air-gapped
An air-gapped connection contacts only its gateway: no map tiles and no online update checks.
Desktop notifications
New incidents as system notifications, counts in the tray, deep links and pop-out windows.
Signed updates, online or offline
Online updates, or a signed offline update bundle verified against the app’s own pinned key — for networks with no internet.
