TotalHealManaged RecoveryManaged Backup & Recovery Services

We run RecoveryVault for you: every backup job watched, failures fixed, immutable copies kept, restores tested on a schedule with evidence — and when ransomware strikes, we choose the clean recovery point with you and bring systems back.

Why organisations ask for it

Backups fail quietly. Most organisations learn that a job stopped months ago on the day they need it, and few ever test a restore. Managed Recovery watches every job, proves restores work and keeps a copy attackers cannot delete.

No silent failures

Every failed or missed job is followed up the same working day until it succeeds.

Restores proven

Verification jobs read restore points back, and scheduled test restores to a folder or a separate server record what was restored and how long it took.

A copy ransomware cannot delete

ImmutableVault locks every object in compliance mode as it is written; deletion and attempts to shorten the lock are refused and raise an alert.

Clean recovery

Every backup gets a ransomware score, so we pick a recovery point from before the attack with CyberRecover and do not restore the malware with the data.

How an engagement runs

  1. Order and pay — or ask for a quote

Choose the plan and size on this page and pay in advance (online, a payment link or a proforma for your purchase order); for a custom scope, size it below and we send a quote. Either way you get the written service terms: coverage hours, response targets and runbooks.

  2. Give consent

Your administrator accepts TotalHeal’s provider link in your own console. Until then we have no access. Every action we take is recorded in your audit trail and ours, and you can end the link at any time.

  3. Onboard

We enrol agents, connect your sources, agree the escalation contacts and the actions we may take without asking, and tune the policies to your environment.

  4. Run

The service runs in your TotalHeal console, so you see exactly what our analysts see and do, as it happens.

  5. Report and review

Scheduled reports by e-mail and PDF, and a regular review with your team of what happened, what was done and what to change.

What we need from you

  • An administrator to accept the provider link
  • The recovery order and recovery time targets for your key systems
  • Where backup copies may be kept
  • A contact who can approve a restore over production

Questions

Where are our backups stored?
In TotalHeal storage or your own S3-compatible bucket (AWS S3, MinIO, Wasabi or a NAS with an S3 interface). Data is encrypted on the server before it leaves, so the storage and TotalHeal see only ciphertext.
Can an attacker who gets admin rights delete the backups?
Not the immutable copies: ImmutableVault writes them to a bucket with Object Lock in compliance mode, so they cannot be deleted or shortened before their retention ends, whoever asks.
Do you restore over our production systems?
Test restores go to a folder or a separate server. Restores to another server and rollbacks wait for a second person, and the requester can never approve their own job.
