TotalHeal product keys look like TH-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX. The letters O and I are read as 0 and 1, and spaces or dashes don’t matter.
In the app
- Open TotalHeal and click your name (top right) › Account › License.
- Choose Activate another key and paste or type your key.
- Click Activate.
On the website
- Sign in to your account and open License.
- Paste your key — it is checked as you type — and click Activate.
- Your devices pick up the new plan within a few minutes, or straight away when you reopen the app.
If it doesn’t work
- “That key doesn’t add up” — one character is probably mistyped. Every key has a built-in check, so this is caught before it’s sent.
- “Already used on another account” — each key can be activated once. Contact the seller or support.
- “Too many tries” — for your security, activations pause for a while after several wrong keys. The page shows when you can try again.
