Uninstall TotalHeal

Remove the app from macOS, Windows or Linux and free the device seat.

Sorry to see you go. If something isn’t working, tell us — we usually reply within one working day.

Free the device seat first

Sign in and open Devices, then Remove the device so the seat can be used elsewhere. (You can also do this after uninstalling.)

macOS

  1. Quit TotalHeal from the menu bar icon.
  2. Drag TotalHeal from Applications to the Bin.
  3. Optional: remove settings in ~/Library/Application Support/com.sttiz.totalheal.

Windows

  1. Open Settings › Apps › Installed apps.
  2. Find TotalHeal › Uninstall.

Linux

Find the package with apt list --installed | grep -i totalheal and remove it with sudo apt remove <name>, or simply delete the AppImage.

Quarantined files

Restore anything you want to keep from Protection › Quarantine before uninstalling — quarantined files are encrypted and removed with the app.
