Why every TotalHeal feature carries an honest status

Live, early access, built and arriving, pilot, in development: we label everything, because buyers deserve to know what they are paying for today.

Visit our website and you will see small labels everywhere: Live, Early access, Built — arriving in 0.3.10, Pilot, In development. Some people have asked why we draw attention to what is not finished.

The answer is simple. Customers, and especially government and enterprise buyers, make decisions on what a vendor says. A feature list that blurs “available” and “planned” is a promise someone will discover is untrue at the worst possible time — during an audit, an incident or a renewal.

We would rather lose a deal today than win one with a feature we have not built.

So our rule is that nothing is shown as included before it ships. Family and Ultimate plans list their coming features separately, under their own heading, and those features are added at the same price the day they arrive. Our changelog says, for every entry, whether you can use it today.

Honest status is also a discipline for us. It keeps the team focused on finishing things, not announcing them.
